The pain in my chest was so intense I couldn’t breathe. It felt like a heart attack, but it was on the wrong side.
I went into the bathroom, thinking that if I splashed water on my face it might help. I saw there a picture of Babaji. It says in Autobiography of a Yogi, “Anyone who says with reverence the name of Babaji draws to himself an instant blessing.”
I wasn’t thinking of those words. I wasn’t even praying. I was just in so much pain I wanted to be close to him, so I held Babaji’s picture against the pain in my chest.
Instantly, the pain stopped.
